I don't like their sales or promotions especially if you have a sick or elderly personMy mom saw this ad to buy a bottle of Bionix and get free (wasn't there when she called and ordered) Next thing we know calls are coming in to have the $in a check or money order ready when the UPS came to drop off the productNot only was my dad mad when he found out what she did but also the amount he has to pay for a product he doesn't know aboutHe calls for info they tell him it's to repair the liver/ cells whatever(My mom has congestive heart failure) My dad tells them to cancel the order and doesn't want the product but they tell him package is on it's way, if he doesn't have the money ready, UPS will keep going to house until it is paidWe asked UPS if they would keep coming to our house and he told us that to refuse the order, they would make a note and they would send it back to sender When my dad called to cancel, they should of canceled the orderWhen they advertise a product I don't believe they give a price or payment plan,you order a bottle they get you to pay for a bulk.(The "free" items aren't free) If this happens to one elderly person I wonder who else does this happen toSo far these ads are in Telemundo that I know of, I don't know of anywhere elseWe don't know whether products work or not but I'm complaining about their advertisement and salesI am not a customer but have an ill elderly parent that has to be monitored at all times especially at times likes these
