Replacement issues were sent to her on JUne 6th and her expiration date was extended

The magazine is sent bi-monthly- she received February, the next issue was April (which she should have) and the next issue is not until JuneBi-monthly means every other monthOn 3/the April issue was not out yet

I am rejecting this response because: Subscription has not expired However the history of non-response and repeated failure to send issues is an indication there is something amiss with this firm To not get one issue is understandable but multiple ones not received, and not even receiving a resend shows there is something wrong The same pattern is true for another publication handled by the same firm

We have sent replacement copies, we can resend them, however her subscription is now expired so there is nothing to refund
