Ramiro was prompt and pleasant. He was very patient and explained everything that I needed to know. He stopped by several times to make sure that the job was progressing and that I was happy with the work.

The crew were very nice. They were hard workers and didn't take many breaks. They were very kind to my dog.

When I asked Fernando if he could have the dumpster removed so that I could park in my garage.
This was done before dark.

Overall, the job went smoothly and my new roof looks great.

We hired Innovative roofing after a leak in the roof that was supposed to be brand new when we bought the house a year ago. Ramiro was patient and spoke to my wife and I explaining everything (sometimes twice)! Not only was he informative on the roof replacement but he also listened to us and told us our best options.
