We purchased a Restonic bed and it is the worst bed imaginableIt cost us $on sale so a certain standard would be expectedMy fiance and I wake up every morning in agony from back painHow this bed manages to provide no comfort and yet still be unsupportive is amazingWe complained to Restonic and were told that 'support and comfort' are not reasons for returnWhen the sole function of this product is to provide support and comfort and it fails so terribly to do this, how can this bed be considered fit for purpose?

had not brought the tree mounting kit to do the installation. I was then busy with time sensitive holiday lighting, delaying the installation. In the interim, the work was performed by another contractor. Upon learning this, I felt obligated to refund the full amount paid. While I did not receive the texts referenced above, it was still my responsibility to follow up, which I failed to do. Had I received her texts, I would have taken care of this sooner. My apologies for the situation. I have learned from this and will strive to never disappoint a client again.
