Review: I was married on August **, 2012. My photographer, [redacted], of Innovative Productions still has not delivered my 3 professional photo albums to me and my husband. He is difficult to reach on the phone, He promised that we would have our albums and our specialty enlarged photographs by now and he has not delivered them to us. The rare occasion I am able to get in touch with [redacted], he tells me a new reason why I have to wait another 4-6 months for my pictures to be printed. I have printed receipts of full payment that I made to Innovative Productions for over $3,000 with detailed descriptions of the agreed contract and one year and 8 months later, I still do not have my three photo albums or the specialty enlarged photographs. Please help.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the three professional photo albums that I paid for and the specialty enlarged photos that I was promised and that I paid for one year and 9 months ago.
