We did perform work at the Kelly household, they are stating that we have overcharged but they are not including my pay to my men, and also dump fees and gas for my trucks because we were back and forth to after she told us that she wanted the brick walkway a certain way and then when complete I had to send my men back for another day to change it, we did pay [redacted] floor for the charge because the Kelly had told us they were installing carpet and not hardwood floor or we would have finished it a different way I did state that I would like to resolve this issue, I was not able to make it out there the day [redacted] floor was thereMy company has done different jobs this year and this is the only complaint that I have received I can give my clients names and thy have said they will back up my work and my priceswe are rarely the low bid, but our work speaks for itself I would like to try to resolve this but I think that after the we have already paid, is too much Please advise me on what I am to do next

My company has done 52 different jobs this year and this is the only complaint that I have received.  I can give my clients names and thy have said they will back up my work and my prices. we are rarely the low bid, but our work speaks for itself.  I would like to try to resolve this but I think that after the 500 we have already paid, 2100 is too much.  Please advise me on what I am to do next.
