re-route the package to the correct address, somehow the wrong zipcode was input on the label. The package was delivered to the correct address and signed for on July 2nd, 2014 @ 3:05 pm via Fedex (tracking number:[redacted]
Please contact me with any questions. I also contacted the customer to verify she received the package but got her voicemail and let her know I was calling to verify and that the Revdex.com is waiting to hear back to close this issue.

Review: I purchased a product from the Earth Product Store on June 24,2014. I had a copy of the receipt emailed to me for my records. The receipt had my address written on it properly. Which led me to believe that I would receive my product with no problems. I received a phone call form a fedex home store in Florida saying that my package had been redirected to their location because the address listed was non- existent. This blew my mind. I live in VA and the receipt reads my address in VA. However, the package was addressed to a location in Gainseville, Florida. I never received tracking information or an order number from the earth product store. The money has been drawn from my account and all I have is a receipt. I have called on multiple occasions to speak with a customer service representative but I am forwarded to the voicemail box of a [redacted]. I have left countless voicemails. At this point I am very frustrated. The customer service at the Earth Product Store is awful! I will never order from them again!Desired Settlement: I really just want to receive the product that I paid for. At this rate I am afraid that I will never get it. I feel as if I just threw my hard earned money away.
