contacted on or around June 12th /2016 that an error occurred on my measurements. We talked and agreed that the moving of the screw piles was crucial.   I received a letter on July 22/2016 with copies of the bills they had incurred. I immediately contacted my insurance agent. The following day I was issued a claim # [redacted] Insurance asked me to send them copies of all that I had done with as much information as possible including copies of the bills and letter sent. I supplied them with all this on July 29/2016. I received a letter dated August 11/2016 from [redacted] insurance – without prejudice form – asking both of us to sign while they investigate. I have phoned the [redacted] to see where I might fax the form (August 18th) received letter August 17.2016. Mr [redacted] phoned august 19th with fax #.   If my insurance chooses not to cover this claim I am prepared to do so. I was advised to wait until their investigation was completed.
