[redacted] Staff Member: Response: We provided two dumpsters to Mr. [redacted] at [redacted] Dr. in Clarksville, IN. Mr [redacted] claims we overcharged him. The rate for the 30 yd dumpster is $350 per dumpster and he had two equaling $700. Because he insisted that the rate was $325 per dumpster, we did go ahead and credit him $50 in hopes of resolving the issue. Mr. [redacted] also wants us to repair the damage caused by placing the dumpster in the wet back yard when his worker insisted we place it there. We advised and recommended that the dumpster stay on the paved surface, but to get it closer to the back of the property they wanted it placed in the backyard. I just checked and they have NOT credited the $50 they said they did, I only asked for $100 toward the repair of the lawn and they never called me back.Very unprofessional and rude, nothing but lies and excuses. no responsibility for their driver.
