Item received was mis-represented as refurbished, which it had not been, paper jammed immediately, did not have ethernet port which it was advertised with, etc. Received RMA from [redacted] shipped printer back, received confirmation that it had arrived 3/*/2016 - Policy states "Once we receive your return, it will take 2-5 business days for us to process the RMA and an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your original form of payment"... it is now past that frame, and I have had NO communication from the seller ([redacted])Desired Settlement: Full refund of entire charge (no restocking fee) as they have said that they would charge

Review: Last year I bought a computer on [redacted]. Before buying any model, I thoroughly documented myself and even called Apple. Because of my restricted budget, I thought I could only spend around $700 or $800.00, by buying a 2007 model Intel when I found that 2006 and 2007 models were now obsolete and even though would be much better that my actual Mac (2005), I would be stuck with an old machine. My only choice, if I couldn't afford a 2010, 2011 or 2012 model, was to make sure that the Mac I would buy was at least a 2008 model, as Apple changed a lot of hardware and parts in their computers that particular year to make them "open " to the future improvements and making all models before that (2007, 2006, 2005) obsolete and even called by Apple people "vintage computers". So I knew as a fact that I needed at least a 2008 Apple mac pro in order to upgrade my studio. I searched on [redacted] for such a product, trying to match my budget, and what a deception when I realized that it would cost me much more money than my initial budget of $700.00. I ended up buying it on [redacted] from [redacted] an extension of Innovative Computer Products, for a total of $1299.00 for a model from January 2008. I read the listing thoroughly, the "Item specifics " stated that this machine was a 2008 model. When it was delivered to me, it was working yes, and it was much more powerful than my previous one, but after setting it up and transferring everything I couldn't upgrade the operating system. Thinking I was doing something wrong, and needing to finish urgently all my projects for my customers, I decided to get to it later, when the workflow slow down. The time is now and I tried to find out the issue, as a second attempt was still unsuccessful. With the help of Apple Customer Support, and based on the serial number, I just found out that this machine is with no doubt 2007 model and was put on the market April 2007. I called the seller who tried to tell me I'm wrong and they refused to help me. I have all necessary proofs.Desired Settlement: I can actually prove that I bought in good faith a 2008 model that is not from 2008 but 2007, and their mistake put me in a situation where it is affecting my work, as I am now stuck with an obsolete 2007 machine that cost me $1300.00 meaning twice the regular cost, and because this store gives away on their site free computers on regular bases, I think they should be accountable and responsible for the mistake they did, by misleading me in buying such a machine, even it happened last year.
