Review: Our heatpump was installed on 7-10-2015 by mr [redacted] of Innovative Air, LLC. We promptly paid in full the day of installation. We were told by Mr [redacted] that he did not have the warranty or user manual with him and he would get it to us in 2 weeks. As of today, we have not received these important documents. We have called Mr [redacted] 5-6 times...leaving messages. He finally did call back in Oct and said he would be in town the next day with was a Saturday and would call me on my cell and we would meet and he would provide the documents. He lied to us at least two times. All we want is our documents. Thank youDesired Settlement: We want our warranty information and user manual for the heat pump we purchased from the business
