Sean was very quick to do the initial shop drawings of the acrylic window and collect the down payment After he received the down payment he was supposed to order the acrylic panel and have it installed within 4-weeks We are now at weeks and the panel isn't even delivered yet He constantly acts like he has employees that do work with him but all he has is a phone number with an offsite answering service No matter which extension you call nobody ever answers or calls back The same thing happens when you try to email anyone He is a very pour communicator and constantly lies about what is happening After making full payment and being promised that our panel would be delivered in 2-weeks he disappeared and we found out he was on vacation in Jamaica We then discovered why it was taking so long It was being manufactured and shipped from China That was never disclosed by Sean in the beginning Now the acrylic panel is sitting in the port of Long Beach but it cannot
