Inner City Merchandising

I didn't receive one of the patches I ordered, so I contacted them to let them know, but they have not responded. My credit card company gave me a credit as it was enough to open a dispute, but I find that super shady to take not quite enough so that the credit card company won't do anything to them.

Ordered a package on Dec 13th, it never arrived and the seller never responded to my emails so I disputed the order through *** early Jan. They immediately sent me an email claiming my order was shipped and asked me to remove the hold, I did not remove the hold and the seller contacted me several days later asking for me to remove the hold so they can ship my order. It is now January 12th and they still have not shipped my order but happily took my money.
