To whom it may concern: I will be emailing my second response letter tomorrow (11-30-17) Sorry for the delay, but I had to wait for the pest company to inspect the room The *** pest exterminator found no activity and no evidence of bedbugs in the room The mattress was protected by a zippered cover Again, the guest claimed to have found a bedbug on HER pillow that she brought to the hotel Again, I will email my letter tomorrow Thanks,

In response to the issue I[redacted] The guest [redacted] checked in on 2-24-17 and informed the office on 2-27 that she had bugs In her room. The room was Inspected by 3 different staff members and no bugs were found. She then called and said she was getting a lawyer. She brought a man into the...

office and tried video the staff. I told her she did not have permission to video in the office and would call the police if she didn't stop. The guest left and the room was checked out 3-3-17 Town SUITES. [redacted]
