I Kimberly L*** Manager of Packwood Innauthorized the charge on *** *** cardAfter she checked out , I went to strip her rooms*** had two rooms #& number thirty six was missing the blanket and towels and sheetsWe at the time was short on maidsSo I was doing the maid work myselfI do not forget to put sheets or blankets or towels in any roomAlso # and #I had cleaned the Night beforeI have no dought the items were in the room.*** did not call to complain that the room was missing items Until she was chargedI have the right to charge patrons for damaged or stolen propertyI have her signature on are are rental contract that she signed*** also called the Health DeptAnd they came out and did an investigationThey said her complaint was unfoundedI have since credited her back for the itemsNot because I think she innocent Because I recently fired an Employee for theftAnd just a possibility that they could have retaliatedthat employee got fired the day before *** stayedThats why I know those rooms were made up right

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:It's unfortunate that Kimberly has again changed her storyI just spoke with the Department of Health and they did not do an inspection because they are an unlicensed businessTheir hotel license expired on January long before my stay
Additionally, her statements here do not match the statements given to police which include that I did sign a paper at checkout stating that there were no linens, top sheet or blanket in the room in addition to a remote controlIn the second statement they gave the police they state the linens were soiled changing their story yet againThe same claim they tried to tell me when I questioned them that there was another complaint on Trip-advisor stating that they charged another hotel guest on the same month for missing linensAlso, they did refund me my money the same day they received a notice from the Attorney Generals officeNot because of a fired employeeI will be sending a copy of Kimberly's statement made here to the Attorney Generals officeAs far as I am concerned there is nothing further that Revdex.com can do about this complaint since my complaint wasn't one to get my money back but it was one to get this hotel staff stopped from committing fraudAs far as I am concerned there is nothing more that the Revdex.com can do to resolve this issueThank you to the Revdex.com staff for your time on this matterSincerely,*** ***
