We did our best to resolve Ms***'s complaint's while she was hereUnfortunately we misunderstood her specific request regarding the bath mat, thinking she wanted the towel that you step on when you leave the tub replaced and not the rubber mat inside the bath tub The tub in the room she
was in was stained but not dirty or unsanitary We clean all our rooms to a very high standard The tub has since been re-glazed.We refunded this guest the first night, spent more money than her reservation was worth resolving her complaints, and then when she still was not satisfied we offered to refund her money if she did not stay the second night We would of course have refunded her money if she had gone to another location but she chose not to do so Our prices are very competitive in Boston and we pride ourselves on cleanliness
