Inn at Queen Anne Hotel

As mentioned in my previous response, the original parking fee was charged again after being reimbursed, resulting in the $135 charge.The difference (the parking re-charge) has been refunded, which you will see in the next 5-10 business days reflecting ONLY the $110 room charge.How else may I be of assistance?

The original parking charge of $24.52 was reversed on 4/15/17, but later reinstated by a non-manager.  It has again been adjusted and the $24.52 was refunded to the guest. In regards to the room charge, the room (after taxes) was charged at $110.50.  The $135.02 the guest is seeing...

reflected on their statement is $110.50 + $24.52 (parking) = $135.02.  A refund for the disputed parking has been processed and will reflect the total charges of $110.50 ($92.65 room rate + $17.85 taxes). In regards to the $30 "charge", we authorize all credit cards for an additional $30 incidental hold at time of check-in (in this case the card was originally authorized for $140.50 = $110.50 room charges + $30.00 incidental hold).  This IS NOT a charge, but may appear as one if a debit card is presented in lieu of a credit card.  These incidental holds are a common place practice used in all hotels worldwide to protect companies from guests who incur additional charges with no means of paying for said charges (ie parking, room service, damages, et al). Please let me know if you have any further questions.

I am rejecting this response because:I agree that the parking charge has been reimbursed to my credit card however, this was a separate charge from the room charge on my credit card.  I was still charged $135.02 for the room which should have been $110.50.  This documentation was submitted to the Hotel.  I would like the Hotel to reimburse my credit card for the difference.
