Explained to caller that we are a new company that took ownership on November 15th, 2013. Explained that we could not service the bills, coupons, commitments and debts of the previous owners (5) of this property (2 that have gone bankrupt).
We've offered discounts on our services to anyone that has called with expired coupons or Gift Certificates from previous owners, but we can't take on previous owners' commitments and debts.
