Inmotion Hosting

FYI, do NOT use backup buddy if you are on InMotion hostingThey just cited me for violation of their TOS for having two full backups OF MY WEBSITE and nine (less that 9MB) database backups stored on their servers The TOS States: Unfortunately, per our Terms of Service, we do not allow web hosting accounts to be used in the backup capacity for personal and non-web-related files as our servers are for the purpose of hosting a website and associated email functions I'm certainly not violating this, yet InMotion is telling me that I have no choice but to remove the backups and store them somewhere elseI have never had this problem with any other web host (I have used several for different clients) Terrible terrible customer service from InMotionIt's obvious that they would rather take a hard line and lose a customer than actually try to be helpful I tried InMotion on the recommendation of a friend, but now I am moving my site to another host that has excellent support and actually allows me to backup my website dataI absolutely do not recommend this business to anyone else

Worst Hosting provider, I have ever ever purchasedOh my God, there technical staff, You can just wait, wait and wait after creating a ticket, after waiting full dayThey said they can't fix website problem They transfer the my websites from siteground to inmotion hosting, and they don't did it right now my website did not work If you need technical help, never buy Inmotion hosting,
