Inmigrantes Primero

On May we went to the offices of Inmigrantes Primero to see if my husband can apply for his residencyShe adversites her self in the radio that she has years of experienceSo we went then she (rosamaria) tells my husband that he can apply that he wouldnt have complications we said we feel more comfortable talking to one of her lawyers she states that would be a problem she tells us come next week we would have him hereSo we go next week all she has there is paralegals so my husband says ok let see if we can try getting somethingSo on 05-27-i signed the contract that was memorial day weekend for some reason I did not feel comfortable and started doing research she is a realstate agent she has no study on inmigration laws she uses her realstate office to do these sercives so she dosent have the experience she says she has so on Thursday 05-31-i texted and explain that I was not proceding with the case that I would cancel everything from there on she starts ignoring me wouldn't answer me back and I did it in the time frame she states to cancel the contract I numerous messg where all she dors is apologize and never gets back to the only time she calls me is when she says she would be charging me dollars for the work she did wich was print papers the tells me because I went in and talk to her paralegals wich she is the one that takes you in we never requested one right on that day she goes and deposited the check [redacted] wich was gor the amount of then I question her once again I was ignore know if I call yo request her to have refund she threatenes me with dont come here I will call the cops on you I will have my lawyer call you these been going on for weeks I have not heard from her lawyers and just yesterday she cashed another check we did a stop payment but the bank put the wrong check number so they just cashed that check wich is [redacted] another we question her again and she threatened us once again I believe my self she is fraudulent all im asking is for my money back I have txt where we ho back and forth I really hope you can help me I have sent you patial txt of wich I have I also recorded from the radio her advertisements and also the letter she requested wich she gave me the runarounds as you can see some txt are in spanish if you need further information please call me thanks
