I reviewed the order and do see the order was placed on February 16, We could not determine why the customer was not receiving their annual subscription from the publisher of the magazineOn June 27th our company submitted a new order for the two subscriptions using the same customer
shipping information that was supplied to us by the purchaserThey are due to arrive Between 8/22/and 9/19/for Easy Riders, and Between 9/05/and 10/03/for Inked MagazineThe publisher does not accept shipment inquiries for these orders until 9/05/for Easy Riders, and 9/19/for InkedI have submitted an inquiry for both while writing this response so we can attempt to rectify the issueIn reviewing the Revdex.com complaint and shipment information, I see the zip code provided to Revdex.com differs from what was provided on the order, which may be why there have been issues with receiving the productOur shipping department will contact the purchaser directly during business hours tomorrow, 9/20/to verify the shipping address and zip code
