I bought a pair of inline skates on 4/24/After less than months of use the right skate started making a loud noise (like stepping on a plastic water bottle) every time I push offI emailed the company and they never responded so I called to inquire about an exchange/warranty infoI was informed that the noise from this obviously defective skate was just an "annoyance" and would not be covered under the warrantyI had my last pair of Kskates for almost years and never had a problemThe only reason I got a new pair was because I wanted to upgrade the wheel sizeThese much more expensive skates lasted me less than months and the company won't even stand behind their productI just wasted $so I definitely won't be making any future purchases at Inline Warehouse
We do not have any record of an order being placed by the address shown, nor the email addressHowever, with regards to the Helo bearings promotion… It advertised 'while supplies last' and one would qualifying by purchaing or more of select wheels Again, no order has
been placed by that addressee shown, butHelo bearings (and the promotion) are not on our site any longer…thus the "while supplies last" promotionWe are now sold out and the promotion has endedIf/when those bearings are available again, the promotion may happen down the roadThank you,

Do not buy here. I bought a size 5 skates and it was not fit for my boy, though his normal shoe size 5. I called the same day I received the shipment and asked them to replace the shoe for size 6.They refused to replace or refund and told me to go buy same thing in the another store. About 400$ went in trash. Not only this, 13 days after I placed the order they called me and said one of the items in the order is not in stock. So it took more than a week for them to even to notice that they sold something which they do not have in stock or not going to get it. Never seen a online customer service rep telling to go buy the same item in another store while you just got what they sold to you.
Review: Inline Warehouse did not honor their promotion for free bearings and did not offer any compensation even though the error was one of their own issues. This is not what reputable companies do.Desired Settlement: I would like them to either uphold their promotions or offer a product of equal or better quality in place of said promotion, which they refuse to uphold.

I bought a pair of inline skates on 4/24/15. After less than 2 months of use the right skate started making a loud noise (like stepping on a plastic water bottle) every time I push off. I emailed the company and they never responded so I called to inquire about an exchange/warranty info. I was informed that the noise from this obviously defective skate was just an "annoyance" and would not be covered under the warranty. I had my last pair of K2 skates for almost 8 years and never had a problem. The only reason I got a new pair was because I wanted to upgrade the wheel size. These much more expensive skates lasted me less than 2 months and the company won't even stand behind their product. I just wasted $200 so I definitely won't be making any future purchases at Inline Warehouse.
