The crooks above mentioned are pushing my rent from $1240 to $1411 per month alleging "market price". That is a staggering 14%. They are doing so at their new acquisition in Fort Myers Florida called Brantley Pines. I would like to help others by letting them know how this company operates.
They acquired this leasing property, and are saying that my 60 day notice should have been sent by the previous administration and that the 2 day notice they handed me is enough. That if I decide to stay I have to pay $1411.
