This letter is regard to a complaint on 5/16/Customer came to the store 5/12/with some sample of rocksHe ordered Bin#which is Sierra Blue 1/rockWe always confirm the order and repeat the orderCustomer than sign the reciept with contract stating he agreed to the productWe
have video survillence camera that showed me ordered 1/rockNow he complained that we delievered wrong size and wrong colorWe always *** that we deliver what customer orderedCustomer looked at Bin#and agreed, we have video recording of itWe told him that we watched the video and delievered the right producthe kept calling us every 10-minutes and started arguementI have attached the reciept with his signature on the contract
