On November 27, 2022 I ordered HP ink cartridges to the tune of $85. Around December 5th, I received cartridges that expire Jan 2023, that's 1 month after receiving them! Yeah, they have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, but it requires that I deal with the hassle of waiting in line at the PO to do the return (at a very busy time of year). They offered to replace it but they wouldn't send me a new cartridge first and I was already out of ink! I requested a UPS or FEDex return label, which is much easier but they refused. They also refused to come and pick it up.
They absolutely refuse to send replacements until they receive the outdated ones back. this was not an option since I was already out of ink! Almost all other companies send you a replacement first and give you a reasonable time period to return the defective merchandise. I requested to escalate they phone call to a supervisor or upper management and they refused!
These guys are sneaky, deceptive and unethical! Then I read their reviews (shame on me for not doing so first) only to discover I'm not the first one to be deceived!
WHERE'S THE ZERO STARS OPTION! BUYER BEWARE!
Awful customer service and terrible quality products - the ones they send that are correct anyway (some of mine weren't). Don't waste your time and money. I wish I'd looked this site up before ordering. I now have ink all over my hands, carpet, desk, and printer and had to beg for a call back from a manager (who was conveniently always at lunch) for corrected products. And this is having paid top dollar for expedited shipping. The absolute worst customer service - can't believe their business even exists with the ease of Amazon and other reputable companies at our fingertips.
I selected the free shipping option (since I spent over $25 on an order). When I got the receipt emailed to me they charged me an extra $25 for Fed Ex shipping- which I did not ask for. Tried to call customer service but I could only leave a message. Trying to cancel my order but can't get ahold of anyone. Terrible service.
Seriously?? I've been buying carts from Inkjets.com for three years and never had ONE problem. First off if your printer is plugged up,new print carts won't instantly make it start printing. I've bought from Inkjets when I had my old Epson Workforce (constantly plugged print heads) to a Canon Maxify which works perfect with their carts.
I ordered 9 black print cartridges and they send 3. Over 2 weeks I received 3 responses that had nothing to do with the requests to complete the order. My attempts were by both phone and email. All my requests were both polite and ignored. Draw your own conclusions.
My Inkjets.com ink cartridge failed shortly after I installed it, with leakage in my printer. The more troubling part was the fact that the company did not post my review.
The review was not impolite, but I gave the product a low rating for obvious reasons. I later notified Inkjets.com that the review had not been posted. Responses to my emails included various explanations: "It takes 48 hours" (I waited weeks) ..."You probably didn't verify your email address" (I did) ... "You probably didn't include your order number" (The website does not ask for order numbers when reviews are written). I even attempted to resubmit the review, being careful to include a note stating that fact. No luck the review did not appear on the website.
Three weeks after I submitted my review, Inkjets.com responded to my continued queries by telling me I had to email my review to them, along with my order information. I found it troubling that the website gives no such instruction; it simply let me write a review, then verified my email address. If I had not checked back, I would not have known my review was never posted.
Inkjets.com said this process allows them "to correct any issues that customers might be experiencing." The reality is, there was nothing to correct the cartridge failed and leaked, and I discarded it. I never intended to request a refund and pay return shipping. The point of my review was simply to inform others of my experience with a product that failed.
I forwarded my order numbers to the Inkjets.com Support Department, so they had everything they needed to verify my purchase and post my review.
A full month has passed *** I submitted the review, and it has still not been posted.
Stay away from this companyDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM..If you have problems with Inkjets .doc notify the State of California Attorney General Consumer Affairs Office.
Also notify the Revdex.com of the problem also.
I purchased 61Xl cartridges for a HP 5535 Envy. One color and two black. I was sent two 60XL black cartridges. The color was correct 61XL. I keep extras on hand and the 1 year time limit had passed before I needed to use a black cartridge. Ink Jet would do nothing for me. I learned my lesson. Do not deal with the aftermarket companies at a reduced price, thinking keeping an extra cartridge on the shelf will save money. It did not work out for me.
Words were occasionally blurred. Problem went away, but then some words were fainter than other words on the same line. Printer is one-year-old and I never had any problem with the manufacturer's overpriced ink. My experience supports the axiom "you get what you pay for".
After spending $140.00 on genuine hp ink and watching the print quality deteriorate at an alarming pace, I ordered ink from Inkjets.com. All of my printing woes were cured! The ink printed wonderfully! There was a mix up with part of my order but when I contacted customer support, I was promptly provided with a shipping label for the return and refund. Now THAT'S how to do business!
I have just placed my third order with inkjets.com. So far so good! Every inkjet cartridge has worked as good as the *** cartridges. I have noticed though that they do not last as long as the *** cartridges. I have no way of developing empirical data to support that experience, but with the *** cartridges at $17 a pop and the inkjet.com units going for $3.27 each for this most recent order the difference is not great enough to warrant the higher cost.
I have had to toss two printers because these ink cartridges glogged the print heads, and no amount of cleaning would clear the glog. What you save in ink you lose in buying new printers. Stay away.
