I purchased a deal through *** for a metal printI placed the order and didn't hear from the company for at least or months After about months I finally received my orderUpon opening the order, I found there was a decent sized mark on one side of my picture I tried to contact the company to find out about getting a replacement and told them I could send pictures of it The first response I received from them was in response to a previous attempt to contact them about when my product would be shipped (which had been several weeks prior) I responded to that email about the issue with the product I had received I was then told to contact them via a different email address I sent an email to them with pictures of my problem, and am still waiting to hear back from them I will NEVER order from this company again and would strongly advise others against ordering from them

I have read the Revdex.com complaints for this company and I am saddened, not shocked. It's unfortunate that a company can function in a service industry that is meant to create personal and sentimental gifts for their consumer and provide such horrible follow through and customer service. My experience was very similar to the complaints listed. It seems they conduct a shady business. I will never recommend this company and will encourage [redacted] users to steer clear of this [redacted] offer.
