Ink Excess

I went in to get a tattoo started and I had the owner Will help me come up with an idea for the start of my sleeve. He told me he was starting to do full day sessions that cost $1000 dollars a day and that I could have most, if not all my sleeve done in two days. I had two full days all together and spent $2000 on a half of sleeve if that. Will kept taking 30 minute breaks every 30 minutes to an hour. He also went over the same tattoo he did the first day, for half the day during the second session. So I basically paid for the same tattoo to be done twice because he wanted to fix it up with his new tattoo gun that he bought with the $1000 I gave him from the first session. He also messed up the time on my clock, I wanted it to say 10 o clock and it is opposite so it is in the 2 oclock spot but is not fully finished due to the mistake. He stated there was nothing he could do to fix it when I brought it to his attention. The tattoo is also terrible quality and is unfinished for the price I paid. I wrote him about how I felt I got taken advantage of and he was not the nicest back because I took to long to explain how I felt. Altough he did offer for me to come in to come up with a way to make us both happy, I don't trust him. At this point I just want my money back or part of it at least because I do not trust him to fix it and finish it.
