install and replaced the graphics to (what we thought was) his satisfaction twice. About 10 minutes after seeing the final product, he began cussing and screaming at two of my employees. He never requested we make more changes, but instead after yelling and cussing at my employees, he left my business at a high rate of speed. The attached picture shows the final product. I apologize to [redacted] and have refunded him the cost of his design, production, and install.
