Great company, the iphone 6s and iphone 7 extended life batteries I purchased from them perform excellent. Their packaging is great and their shipping is ultra fast.
In Aug 2018 I Ordered two LG STYLO 2 digitizers with screens. I had them both installed into phone to find out they didn't turn on! I contacted company and told them the issue. I was informed I would receive my full refund 7-10days later. I noticed 15 days later I never received anything back nor status update. Upon reaching out to company I was then told after being on hold for 20 mins and then shuffled to different departments , my claim was denied due to it "returning damaged". I found this very weird because I sent It back the same way I received it. I recently , tried them again and once again the screens and digitizer doesn't work. I'm starting to see a trend with them sending damaged or unworkable products. I will never use them again for my business or refer them to ANYONE! Even after, speaking with management was a waste of time.
I would like to have full amount refunded from BOTH orders..about $100 plus taxes and fees!

Customer sent back both screens in used and broken condition. The customer admitted that they installed it and stated it didn't work, however when returned the item was returned with the LCD and glass completely separated on both items and damaged. This is not the condition the items were sent in and therefore the return was denied. While we are happy to warranty defective items, they must be returned back in original condition and these items were no where near original condition and had bad installation damage on both items.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I sent back the same way I received with the same box and wrapper. I never got to install anything bc the screens were jumping . I also don't fix phones, which I stated. I ordered another set and received ANOTHER set of defective screens. I was told that how UPS/POST OFFICE gave them. I never shipped back broken screens. I also asked for a pic and they couldn't show that but I was able to show screens not working and not broken.
I left a review of my experience on google, in retaliation. They posted my private customer information on Craigslist.. also left fake reviews on my Facebook page. They also owe me a refund on my shipping cost and will no longer accept my calls. I know my rights were violated when they posted my info and now I've received over 100 text and calls all night from different numbers! Please help

Refund I think I should be given refund for their actions, or file a lawsuit for there actions
We have shipped out two packages to this customer and due to an error on Fed Ex part, they blamed us. We have never rejected the customers call and in fact we have already spoken to her boyfriend today, who has already received his package. She had her friends leave negative reviews on our facebook page. We never posted the customers private information, nor would we do that. The customers boyfriend called in earlier today and apologized for the miscommunication and stated that he would be removing all the negative comments and would have his girlfriend and her college friends remove their comments as well. I am not sure why this was posted.
Great company, haven't had really any issues with parts, better than other suppliers I have worked with. When I do run across a defective part they are quick to replace it in a timely manner. Thanks.
