I ordered a free trial of the keto trial and was not told I was going to be charged further than the original $14 CAD. I was charged $255.08 on top of it without being told it was happening. I would like a refund, not to be charged again, and for this company to CLEARLY state the terms for consumers to see.

I have been attempting to contact this company but theres no info given on website or email etc... my order number that I'd like refunded and all further payment stopped is ***. Thansk!

I signed in for free trial, I paid for shipping but one month later they billed me almost 250$CAD (130+125). I never subscribed for paying that much.

This product does not advise they will be charging you an arm and a leg after the "trial" period. They also don't send instructions on how to use or any side affects. The pricing that was charged for the "trial" was 3x higher than advertised.

. They charge for free sample after 14 days. Wanted me to accept 50% refund today but I would rather return pills for full refund. Very difficult company to deal with

. Like everyone here said they say you can get free 14 day trial. No mention that it will cost you 169$ Canadian and keep on billing. I reached them on they *** say that I had talked to someone there and they had explained that I had to cancel not true The bottle with the same supplier is $4.90 on line. I have ordered a trial offer and nowhere in the offer was it mentioned that is is only a 14 day offer of a free trial, that it is automatically put on monthly auto-shipment, that if you do not cancel before the 14 days are over you will be charged 139.22 for the free bottle and in a month another will be sent and charged full price. There was no notice or a waybill included with the trial offer. There is no business address on the envelope the bottle comes in, there is no e-mail address. Just received a second bottle and this one contained a notice with congratulations for ordering and a phone number for customer care. Customer rep told me that I cannot get a refund even on the "free" bottle which was charged the full price. ***, taking in naive customers and ripping them off for almost $140 for something with ingredients that don't cost a tenth of what they charge. Is there no way for them to be stopped?

Signed in for a trial offer. After inputting my cc info. to pay for shipping, a fine print item pops up about signing up for a monthly subscription. After receiving the trial offer and not having opened it because it has caffeine which I cannot consume, I attempted to call # to cancel. Wait on the phone for an hour at a time without result. Cannot send an email to website..so sent a reply to original confirmation of order. Charged full amount on my cc this statement. Have to cancel my cc as it is impossible to speak or email anyone.

Was charged for a monthly subscription without any prior knowledge. Recieved only half a refund under the guise that I will receive the one month product for 50% off, did not receive said product and was given an excuse that I paid for the trial, which was a separate order. So over paid for one bottle and am out over $50.

I have waited 16 days and I still don't have the product (they say you will receive it in 3-5 business days and gave you 17 days for the trial to compensate for the 3-5 days delivery). The second time I called, 03/18/2019, I was giving a tracking number and apparently *** is holding the product because the wrapping was separated from the product. As of 03/18/2019, they supposedly shipped the product again. I was not able to cancel the order what so ever, I have talked to the agent for a refund and then a manager. They don't want to refund the initial charge and they do everything to make sure you do the trial. You also have to send the bottle back, at your own cost, if you don't want to get the monthly charges. The product I bought is Ingredient Science Keto. In their advertizing email the company mentioned at the bottom is *** LTD and you get a credit card charge from ***. They say they are in Canada but they charge you in USD. ***. For the false *** advertizing, I have asked the agents there, one answered me that she is not too sure about it but she hears it all the time and the other one actually did a search online and said that yes it is the product from *** and that there are articles online about the Keto pillls being on *** but the realty is that these articles are all fake, there is no episode about Keto pills on ***. I wish they had refunded me today as requested and be done with it

Ordered a free trial 3 wks ago never received it and now got billed for a full order $139.22. Tried to call never an answer and then sent an email. Got a reply saying can not reply to the email!

I can't reach them. Their website doesn't show and I have no number for them. I can't cancel anymore product.

I ordered a trial offer and paid $2.10 for shipping on Feb 18/2019 today is Feb 27/2019 and still have not received product. I called on Feb 26/19 and was told that they did not know why it was taking so long for Canada Post to delivery. Well, I now know why. When I called them I asked the customer service rep if Ingredient Science was a Canadian Company and was told yes they are out of Ontario. But the fact is that they are a US Company because the $2.10 I paid was in US Funds as per my credit card statement. When I called about the 14 day trial and explained that I did not want to have any automatic charge to my credit card before I could test their product to see if it actually works, I was told that they would add on effective Feb 26th an additional 14 days trial and to call them when I receive the product. I guess I will have to let my credit card supplier know not to accept any more charges by Ingredient Science in the future to protect myself from this company's very poor customer service.

This company has an offer on the internet for a trial sample of their product but does not state anywhere that you will then be signed up for automatic shipment of said product. This company makes promises for a full refund on product returns but you never receive anything. I have contacted them 4-5 times and am assured they have processed a refund but it has been 2.5 months and I am still waiting.
