Review: I rented 2 instruments from this company. One is a clarinet and the other is a violin. We returned the Violin which is a Knilling model # VK4027Q In June 2013. We then returned the Clarinet in August 2013. We noticed we where still being charged the monthly rental on the Violin. We contacted the Company, they stated they never received the Violin and it was our responsibility to prove we did. It was returned in August an unfortunately we did not keep the receipt thinking that it was taken care of. They should be able to look up the Violin in their system, but they choose not too. They yelled at my wife when she went down there. She has made 2 trips down there with nothing getting done on the businesses part. I feel they are discriminating against us because we are not from here. We have notified them that we have stopped the auto pay for the rental.
