This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. We are forced to use it because Anthem BCBS chose to get rid of a perfectly good company express scripts. I never had a problem with them. I have to get my medication from ingenio because my local pharmacy does not have the medicine I need. Come October, I will be forced to go with another company other than Anthem because of Ingenio.
When your doctor orders a medication, they take at least a week before telling you they do not have it in stock. Then you have to go around and around with them to try and get a medication you can use. I have been trying to get a medication from them since the middle of March, I have not received anything yet. I am in a life and death situation where I need my medication, am all out, and they do not care. They seem to be on backorder on everything. What kind of pharmacy is this. Shame on you Anthem for trying to save money on the backs of your long time customers.
