Infusion Studio

My daughter had her nose pierced on Saturday afternoon. After having to have it pierced multiple times, the lady went and got the owner. He got it pierced, we left. My daughters nose was extremely red (as to be expected).

Fast foward to Sunday when she woke up and the piercing looked to be embedding into her skin. We left a message VIA their website. Tried to reach out on *** but unfortunately they dont accept messages. My daughter then called and left a message.

Around 1 pm we had to get it taken care of as the jewerly was seriously embedding into her nose. We called around and another shop was willing to take a look. After her having to spending another 40.00 more dollars for new jewelry. As the one Infusion Studio put in was way to short.

The post on what came out of her nose was tremendously short. Shorter than the standard nose studs ( I personally have had my nose pierced for years and pulled my own to compare and was shocked).

This business has STILL not reached out to me as of 1/17/2020. They have been open during this time as well.
