Infowest was the best in townI had Infowest for six years and until recently I had very little to complain aboutI had an issue and contacted technical support, they came out and "fixed" the problemever since then my internet has been inconsistentSo I would call every time the internet was down and every time they had me power cycle the router or radio one or bothfinally after a few times I was frustrated so I talked to a manager and she said my problem was not black and white and that I would have to be patient until they fixed the problemI feel I was patient long enough and nothing was getting done, she then say well you can cancel service its up to youso I didyears of paying for a service gets you nothing with this company

Recently I had a problem with my heater sport feeder and a gentlemen by the
name of Cole Lay walked me through a diagnoses to figure out the correct
problem and was very patience and curious ,I have never experienced customer service like Thank you very much ,machine is up and running like new ,and you saved me money instead of selling me something I didn't need
