Review: Company said if there was anything problem with product, they would correct it! Purchased two poems for my grandchild using her first and middle names. They were printed in two different sizes (print did not match); just asked them to reprint middle name to match print of first name. Did not receive poems back or correction.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the two poems, that I paid for, in the same print ( her first and middle name, same size print).

On June 16th, I sent a check and ordered address labels. To this date, the check hasn't been cashed and I never got the labels. I tried to call the number and it has been disconnected.

Review: have not received my products but got an envelope from them today they owe me $25.00 plus a fee for them not holding their side of the deal nothing in the envelope but things to order from them something needs to be done or I will go to higher authoriesDesired Settlement: I want what I paid plus a fee of them doing this to me been waiting $25.00 plus another $25.00 for the agrevation they have cause me

Review: On 12/7/15 I ordered and paid for 2 Child's Name Poems and as of 2/3/16 have not received them.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the name poems either delivered or receive a refund in the amount paid for the order.

Review: I ordered 500 address labels, but they left out my apartment number, as per the 4-line address label I affixed to the order form. The 3-line labels I received omitted the third line: Apartment [redacted]. Many calls to their phone number, ###-###-####, were useless: "Our service reps are busy. Call back later."Desired Settlement: To receive the labels I ordered.
