At this time, I have been contacted directly by Info 411 Listings regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
0in 10pt;" class="MsoNormal">Info 411 actually contacted my bank directly. They did refund my money, however, they have refused to give us any information about any kind of authorization for taking the money in the first place or even how they obtained our confidential bank account information. 
It is very clear that this business is acting fraudulently, taking small enough amounts of money so as to go under the radar of bookkeeping under the guise of an online business advertising company. 
There are several other businesses these people are stealing from as well. The website [redacted].tel has a few of their stories.

Review: We had a debit taken out dated 10/*/13 from the checking account in the amount of $99.95 this was for internet search optimization by [redacted] who does the billing for Info 411 Listings. I called the customer service number ###-###-#### and asked for this to be stopped and he basically hung up on me. I called back and asked if he needed something in writing from me and he said "no I will tell them." I then called the Info 41###-###-#### and was put on hold with no answer, so I tried to fax to them and the fax was no good. The next step was email and it came back to me. The whole thing is shady and needs to be checked into.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded $99.95 and all debits stopped from the account.
