the customer and further explained our polices which he willingly accepted, was pleased with and even apologized for his behavior the evening before After the discussion with the manager, the customer decided to go ahead with his party on Saturday and everything went well He was pleased with the service he was provided and the products he received My understanding is that he was happy and giving him a refund is not necessary because the party was held according to the customer's desires
