Review: On January 2nd, 2014, I was looking for Filters for a portable hot tub that I bought from another seller. I google the filter which was for an Alpine B090 hot tub model, and the website gave me the "portable hot tub" website with filters that I google, so I emailed seller to see if it would fit my Alpine B090 and never received an email from them to see if they fit, after a certain amount of days, I went ahead and bought the filters that google had referred me to, I went ahead and bought the 4 Aero Spa Repl Filter Cartridge and received an email confirmation in the mail on 1/2/2014 with an order [redacted]. On January 8th, 2014 received the package from the order, Open the package and looked at 4 boxes that were inside the USPS Package, I took one filter box from the UPS Package the cartridge came in a regular unsealed box, I open it, the filter was in a plastic package, I did not open it, I realized it was the wrong filters and email owner of the Store [redacted] that I wanted an RMA to return them, he then replied that he had emailed me before I bought those filters that they were the wrong filters for the portable hot tub that I had, which I did not receive no such email, that it was the wrong ones. They let me pay the amount of $35.99 and shipped them anyway. I called on 1/9/2014 at 1:45pm and spoke with [redacted], it was a female that answered the phone, and told me he would get hold of [redacted], At 3:21pm that day, I received an email stating their policy that they would not return open Items. I called again at 4:06pm and assured her that those filters were not touched nor handled, The lady insisted that if the package was open that they would not take it back, but I insisted that the package was not sealed, these filters are not sealed, the come in a plastic wrap that I did not take out nor unwrapped it. I insisted that these filters were not plastic suction sealed and that the boxes that came in were not sealed. Its not food we are talking about, and there not sealed at allDesired Settlement: I wanted to exchange them and have the right one, but now I want my money back, I want to mail these back and get my money back. I can understand if these filters were vacuum sealed and broke the vacuum seal, but they were not, and they knew that the filters I was ordering were the wrong ones and still went ahead and sent the wrong one. They had my phone number and address, their defense is that they deal with thousands of orders and have no time for one cross-reference person. I want $$ back
