When this Groupon was set up our Mystic machine was fully functional, break downs do happen with  older machines. We have contacted our repair man several times and he has just been able to come up. We were told during our conversations that the machine may not be able to be repaired because of...

it being dated and parts not available.  I have contact Groupon last week to have them remove the Mystic part of Air Brushing off our add, this should be done by the end of this week. As for a refund, the customer has been told several times (per my instruction to the employee) that they have to go through Groupon to get their refund( I spoke with Groupon last week on this matter, they stated to call customer support at 877-788-7858 or email at [email protected]. They purchased the air brushes through Groupon and refunds have to be done by them. My employee has offered to air brush the customer on several times and if she would like I, will air brush her personally and not have my employee do the air brush. We could also, exchange her air brush for tans if she would prefer, but we cannot refund her back, the customer must follow the Groupon policy.   Cynthia A.
