First off, they accepted a job for an engineered and wheelchair accessible custom home. They failed to properly reinforce the house, build per plans, and they even denied the clients upfront request for access and grab bars once the job got started. They had to be legally terminated after repeated failure to rectify any of the numerous issues. Overall it was a nightmare working with them. After losing my house to a tornado, and being disabled, all I wanted was a safe house, they accepted the job knowing they did not have the building skills required to get the job done right, and in doing so they have compromised the entire integrity of my house and my sense of security.
Not to mention the multitude of tiny problems and corners cut that has added up to a financial burden on my part.
Months later and the owner continues to try to manipulate and illegally extort money out of me.
They are storm chasers now headed to Florida, beware!
