some minor burglary damage was caused by squatters while we were away
my insurance company *** authorized $29,minus my $deductible for repairs
I was interviewing contractors when Infinity Restoration showed up with a check made out to them for $29,446.76, to my husband and I and *** *** We had *** *** sign and well as my husband and I
The check was handed to Monty S*** on the day he came to the house, the check was somehow lost and they claim I never gave it to them (I have witnesses) At any rate a stop payment was placed on the check and it is being reissued
The very first thing their project manager, Monty S*** determined that $29,was not enough to cover the damage, said the kitchen needed to be gutted
I was there with their tile man and we both said there was absolutely not reason to gut the kitchens and cabinets were not being replaced and the tile was not going under the cabinets, only the dish washer needed moving

Absolutely fantastic company!
Roof damaged and house flooded,not a fun time
Infinity came in and made this nightmare go away!
Quick,prompt, and extremely professional throughout the entire process
I never had to call to find out the status of my repairs, which is a nice change from my past experiences with contractors
I am an Infinity fan and will be for life!

Worst customer service! My husband and I bought our house less than a year ago, and recently the roof has been leaking. We have a 5-year warranty (transferred from the seller) on the roof through Infinity Restoration that doesn't expire for more than 2 years . However, it has been nearly impossible to get a hold of JB, the "production manager." I have placed (7) calls into Infinity Restoration, and my husband has called twice in the last week or so. I was only able to make contact with JB once and that was almost a week ago. He said he would call me back, and never did. We may end up taking this to small claims. Hopefully, no further damage is done to our new home. Beware!
