To Whom It May Concern,We have contacting the customer and given them a check for the disputed amount.Customer was never reimbursed by Honda for the tow As stated we contacted customer, apologized and they picked up check from us for disputed amountWe apologize for any inconvenience we have caused the customer or the Revdex.com

Our response will be brief and vague because there is a possibility these emails will be public.The complaint states things that are categorically incorrect In no way do we discriminate against anyone The customer had a very low credit score and the interest rate reflected thisIn fact the interest rate originally came thru higher, however we were able to get it lowered a tier.Please call me if you have any questions regarding this complaint
