I absolutley agree with [redacted] This company is a sham and horrible to work withEven after I changed printers they hounded me until I ageed to take the remain tonerI will never use them again and would NOT recommend anyone else does either

I am very dis-satisfied with their productsI wish I would have looked at reviews before I bought form themThe ink is too expensive and runs out quicklyI wasn't told it was remanufactured I tried to return the ink before the end dateI could not get a hold of anyoneI won't do business with them againFinally they did give me a discount, but it really didn't do them justice

Infinity Printing Supplies calls to offer a trial of their supplies and cartridges However, they never tell you that if you agree to a trial that you are locked into buying $2000-$worth of unreliable and inferior cartridges We have only had 20% of the cartridges work from this company Representatives will hound you regarding payment from the day they ship their inferior product to you BEWARE...this company is a snake in the grass

After initial order and paying close to $for toner I was told that was it! Now they call saying im obligated for another $I did not want nor consent, the way they talk to you is very misleading and lead you into believing you are obligated and commited to their conversation which requires the purchase of even more Toner!!
I feel they trapped me in initial sale saying free trail than if you don't send back within a certain time frame than you are obligated to the order they set up for you, which was not conveyed to me! It was all for trail to see if I liked it so I THOUGHT!!! BEWARE BEWARE, very pushy and deceiving information!!!!!

This company solicited my business over the phone with what seemed to be a great offer for ink cartridges. We agreed to a sample shipment, which contained 3 cartridges. Soon after, we received a follow-up call, where they told us that we had somehow agreed to a contract for 12 cartridges. We allowed them to send us the remaining 9, and a week later they are calling again saying we had agreed to 24 more! And they won't leave us alone! When we called to complain, the "manager" hung up on my business partner. Shady Shady Shady! No paperwork ever sent, and the "manager" says they don't do contracts! Do not do business with this company!
