The Infinity Plumbing Service installed new copper water pipes in place of cast iron pipes of the 8-unit apartment building located at *** of ***.
The installation was contracted on Oct., 15, 2003 with 20 years written warranty of correcting any service faults including any labor related damage, which will also be covered by Infinity Plumbing and at no cost to the property owner.
Fix the leaking pipe above ceiling of bathroom of apt. #1 as well as the damaged ceiling and walls.
We have called the tenant to do an
appointment and there was no answer, we also informed
the owner about it and that we would wait for the call
back.

The following is my tenant's response on Tuesday, January 21,2020.
Mr Steve the company called me yesterday and asked if they could come yesterday. I told them I would be available around 4pm. And off on the weekend.. they said they will give you a call and call me back but they never got back to me.
We did call to set the appointment but the owner did not want to go give access to the apartment.
The appointment has been set up with the tenant for
this coming up Thursday January 30th.

The following is the massage that I sent to the company on Thursday Jan. 30, 2020.
***.
My tenant said that your plumber came today and didn't fix anything.
I went to the apt #1 on 2:20pm today, to check and I saw the drippings and the structure above all wet and water damaged. The leaking is from the pipe because no body was using shower from upstairs bathtub(the tenant was working and I check it when he came home).
Remember your company fixed this leaking two years ago and didn't fixed right that's the reason.
I have sent a video a few weeks ago where you can see that the leak is coming from an overflow which is part of the drain system. This is not under our warranty that we offer our clients, the warranty is only on the water repipe which is the portable water pipes. This can get repair but it would be subject to a charge and the client would have to agree to it.
