Good Afternoon,Attached is a signed invoice for the above mentioned service. This customer called in requesting a key...
to be made for a 2006 [redacted]. The key was made and programmed successfully and was tested. The customer who scheduled had to leave and had his mother on-site to wait for completion. Upon completion the customer was shown that the key worked in both the door and ignition properly and the vehicle started with no issues. The mother then signed the attached invoice agreeing that everything was working properly and agreed to pay the invoice in full and then payment was made. The customer mentioned that the vehicle was stuck in park but that is a separate mechanical issue having nothing to do with the service provided. Shifting the vehicle does not come into play when cutting and programming a key, or starting the car. The customer called me irate and I tried resolving the situation and also tried explaining that he would need to take his vehicle to a mechanic to look at his shifter / cable / steering column etc. to diagnose the problem. He did not want to hear it and eventually hung up.
