n response to the complaint referenced above, the item in question, as a thermometer, may need to be calibrated once the consumer received the product There are instructions included with the item to show how this can easily be done Judging from the complaint, he may have inadvertently thrown the instructions away and not known he could have adjusted it and it would have worked just fine.As for the refund, the item was not purchased directly from us, we did not ship it directly to him It must have been purchased from a retailer, which we are not, we are a wholesale distributor He could have asked the company from where it was bought for a refund and we would have refunded that retailer, but we do not refund consumers directly.For resolution, we would be happy to send him another thermometer with instructions and/or refund the retailer from where it was purchased and let them know to refund MrTobin.Regards,Guy [redacted] Infinity Instruments, Ltd
