Infinity Glass and Mirror, LLC

Do not use Infinity Glass and mirror. I got quotes from several companies and they were all around the same price. I went with Infinity because they acted like they cared. The experience was terrible. The glass came to my house cut wrong so they left and stated they would be back in 3-4 days. After never hearing from them for 11 days I called in and was told I would get a call back that day. Three days later, after never hearing back, I called them again. They still did not get me on the schedule and I had to wait another 10 days to get the glass installed. It took 6 weeks to get a simple glass door installed when I was told it would take 10 days to 2 weeks. During this whole time no one from management called to express concern, it was only me calling them and dealing with a very incompetent women who answers the phone. The final straw was when I wrote a check the day of the installation and then I noticed 5 business days later that they had charged me too much. The charged me $150 more than the original quote. This again was only dealt with when I called in and told them about it. They claimed they were planning on calling me but had not gotten to it yet. Do not trust this company. There are plenty of other companies out there that do the same thing for the same price.
