Nice place, friendly staff. I picked out a nice frame but it’s a pity they couldn’t make glasses I could see through. They decided to refund my money but a week later I got this email:
“The check that you receive will be from KeplrVision. As of today, (9/11/2020) they have processed all refunds requested through 08/11/2020. They are processing refunds as quickly as possible, but it will probably be another 2-4 weeks before you receive your refund in the mail (depending on how quickly they can process refunds and USPS).”
This was after a full week which means a total of 5 weeks before they’ll send me a check. Kinda makes you wonder why they have so many refunds to do that it takes over a month.
I then received an email from, “Hello. My name is ***, District Manager for Infinity Eyecare(Keplr Vision), I just wanted to reach out and make sure you have received an update on the processing of your refund. I did verify that the check was mailed from our Corporate office on 9/9 and should be reaching you early next week.”
It has now been 9 days (9/18/20) for a check they said was, “in the mail” to get here. The USPO says it should only take 2-7 days!
Buyer beware I guess.
Considering the uncertainty of ever getting my money back from them I called my Visa bank and had the charges refunded. Yes, I did use a credit card to pay for the glasses which I would highly advise you to do too.
So, if you just want to visit with some nice folks and get glasses just for looks, not to look through, then this place is a good bet.
Sorry for just Four Stars, I would have given Five Stars if I could have actually seen through the glasses they made for me.
