I am very upset and very disappointed. About 3 years ago I did everything possible to not file bankruptcy. I found this service, and called them. They told me this was obviously the right direction to go. Told me to let me credit cards go to collections and once I start getting letters to send them to their address, which I did. in 2017 I had a judgment against me. I didn't even know I had a court date, I found out because my employer came to me asking if I knew about it. I clearly didn't..... I got that one paid off and taken care of. I now have 3 more judgments on me right now, which ALL these have been something I went through the debt consolidation company. I paid them for 2 years thinking they would work the creditors and come to an agreement with them. I am totally devastated and don't even know what direction to go. I contacted them asking for answers and help to understand and I get nothing back. I could have used the money I paid them to work with the creditors myself and not be in this situation. I paid $500 for the lawyer service to help with this and she was in possible to get a hold of. When she would call me back it was excuses after excuse. I heard from her twice! Her last response to me was to file bankruptcy! The hole reason I went this route was to NOT ruin my credit and do what I thought was best. Clearly was fooled by this company and what they told me they do. I am completely devastated.
