Customer had changed the scope of work numerous times once carpenters were on-site, added several areas of extra work which took from the existing contractWhen ICD contacted customer to inform them that we would need to collect on the change order items they stated to deduct from the contract
amount because they were not in a position to pay additional funds due to a road or community development project that they had to pay intoICD stated we would fulfill the other contractual items once the customer submitted payment for those items since contractual funds were disbursed to change order items and over budget items in the scope of work. Over budget items: Top step raised in garage, electrical in garage, outlet in garage due to new wire having to be runChange order items - Custom closet Additional: customer was to provide the rails for the handles ICD can provide testimony from the actual carpenters that were present on-site
The customer as stated in previous response did add change orders to the project, per estimate it falls under ICD master subcontract agreement and is clearly stated in the contract that all change orders are billed on Time and Materials of $per man hour, travel time and then all materialsICD will provide a copy of the Master Contract so that its on file and will be provided as evidence in this matterWe have only done what the customer has asked. Thanks

I am rejecting this response because: He did do some of the things we requested, but he has not completed all the tasks we added on. He still didn't never completed all the tasks on the work order form. He said he would be back in a few days from his initial visit and 'till this day, he hasn't never returned. Bottom line, he told us it wouldn't be a problem to add but he never gave another receipt of the few things we added on. According to his receipt, he still owes us $1400 worth of work, however, we do not want him to finish the job and would our money reimbursed. Out of the $1400 of work still outstanding, we will settle for a $1200 reimbursement.
Thank you
